| Follow these steps to obtain your Texas Real Estate

| 1) TEXAS REAL ESTATE LICENSE: REGISTER AND LEARN AT YOUR OWN PACE |
| If you have a college degree or certain college credits, you will most likely qualify for 150 hours (5/30 hour courses) of Texas Real Estate training. If you do not, you will need to take 210 hours of Texas Real Estate Training (7/30 hour courses). |

| 2) TEXAS REAL ESTATE LICENSE: EVALUATION OF EDUCATION |
| We will provide your course completion certificates via mail (fax if you prefer) as you complete each Texas Real Estate course. |
| Submit copies of these certificates (and college transcript if applicable) to the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) along with your completed Request for Evaluation of Education Documents form and $30 fee. | 3) APPLY FOR TEXAS REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON?S LICENSE |

| 4) PREPARE FOR THE TEXAS REAL ESTATE LICENSE EXAM |
| Use our online PSI Exam Preparation to help you be prepared for the Texas Real Estate exam. This is included for free in both of our Pre-license packages, or you can purchase it separately by visiting our Pre-license page |

| 5) REGISTER FOR AND PASS THE TEXAS REAL ESTATE EXAM |
| Once your Texas Real Estate Salesperson License Application has been accepted by TREC, you will receive a Candidate Information Brochure (CIB). The CIB will provide all the instructions for taking the Texas Real Estate exam. The cost to take the state exam is $61. Texas Real Estate license examinations are administered by PSI and must be taken in person, in Texas. |
